    During the years 2011 through 2018, while owning and operating the second largest private parking management and towing company in Denver, Colorado, we found that we needed a better way to track violators and enforce violations on our client's private properties. Spreadsheets, stickers and three ring binders weren't cutting it any longer, especially with double digit growth. This is where PARKENFORCE   was born.

     PARKENFORCE  immediately increased revenues by over 25% and allowed us to more accurately warn, ticket, boot and impound vehicles. We also found that our Home Owner's Association (HOA) properties and clients loved the system. They could put vehicles on a no touch list, create customized violations with customized time frames and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, show proof of the violation to their residents in the form of GPS time stamped photos. Property managers could also easily enforce and track violations themselves on their properties and share in the ticket and permit revenue. Parking permit programs were also required and implemented with our processes.
